Great location, amazing view on Cadogan garden, clean and cosy rooms, comfortable bed and perfect pillows, all small details in the room are very nicely and conveniently set. Very good breakfast menu.

The service is not as expected it was weekend,I was waiting for long time for the staff to take my order, put next day was much better different staff in weekday .

Breakfast was amazing as long as you have it in the main restaurant as we did go to the Peak for our first morning as it was a Sunny day and the views were fab but unfortunately cooked breakfast took a while to come and it was just warm so I informed the Hotel and they were already aware of it and gave us a some free drinks in the bar that evening which more than made up for it! Next day breakfast in the main restaurant was amazing all the staff are super friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough for us we will definitely be returning and I thoroughly recommend this truely 5 star hotel!
